Welcome to Francesc LLC. These terms and conditions govern the use of our artificial intelligence application ecosystem specialized for real estate property owners. By contracting or using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
We offer three specialized applications for property owners:
We reserve the right to modify or update services at any time. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in improving our services.
Users commit to using our applications ethically and in compliance with current real estate regulations. Misuse is prohibited, including market data manipulation, illegal speculative practices, or abuse of our AI systems. In some cases, we share data with technology service providers (such as real estate analysis platforms or web hosting), who act as data processors and are subject to confidentiality agreements.
All rights to our applications, AI algorithms, real estate analysis methodologies, and databases are owned by Francesc LLC and cannot be copied, modified, or distributed without express authorization.
Our AI tools provide analysis and recommendations based on available data, but we do not guarantee specific investment or renovation results. We are not responsible for financial losses derived from decisions made based on our analysis. Real estate investment decisions remain under the full responsibility of the user.
Services operate under a monthly or annual subscription model. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but we do not offer proportional refunds once the billing period has started. Access to Agent Market requires an active premium subscription.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of relevant changes via email and in-app notifications.
